Cons: UI could be enhanced for materialistic view. SNMP based monitors failing has been an issue. Cli based monitoring for MFA enabled devices is not available yet.
Overall: A one stop solution for all the infrastructure monitoring, budget friendly and the support is very good.

Cons: I didn't feel any dislike for any feature but if i suggest, ManageEngine OpManager alarms can be cumbersome to customize at the individual monitor level. We often get multiple alarm for the same fault, which can be annoying.
Overall: ManageEngine OpManager is user friendly and easy to implement. This product allows us to better keep track of any alarm conditions and failover on our equipment. It's a single application for all networks, apps, ISP links, servers, storage and firewall monitoring tool.
